Requirements
At least 10 years of experience driving customer growth as a leader and as part of a team, ideally while contributing to the development of the underlying brand
To have spent some time in and around rapidly growing startup teams - to be an expert in triage and know when to implement a smart process and when to be scrappy
Experience in planning and delivering 10x growth in users, ideally in a retail consumer context spanning multiple digital and offline channels
Experience working in partnership with Business Development and Product teams to develop efficient and effective go-to-market strategies
Familiarity with developing effective messaging and communications to support your work
Ability to create an environment that fosters high quality, metrics-driven experimentation and leads to impactful improvements
Deep empathy and understanding for the experiences of patients
Experience working globally - both in terms of market diversity and team management
Responsibilities
Designing and developing your own team to set the pace for the organisation.
Building, leading and supporting a team to meet our user growth objectives by engaging with patient communities
Driving our channel strategy through rapid testing & learning
Developing go-to-market strategy and execution playbooks, market research and user insight capability as well as product/feature positioning and messaging guidelines
Guiding an aggressive set of new market launches in partnership with pharmaceutical industry clients
Taking ownership of the HealthMatch brand and developing it in new markets, differentiating it from competitors
Enriching and iterating upon established advertising strategies across multiple platforms in collaboration with specialists across the team as needed.

This is a full-time role based in the HealthMatch Sydney office.
